摘要
对 3个非减数分裂孤雌生殖蚕品种的 3个茧质性状数据进行了方差分析 ,并建立起一个包括微环境效应在内的基因型—环境互作生物统计模型 ,对该模型的参数作最大似然估计认为 :在家蚕的全茧量、茧层量和茧层率3个茧质性状中 ,除独立的基因型和环境效应外 ,基因型与环境的互作效应也是影响家蚕茧质性状的表现型的重要因素 ,而且这种互作效应有时要大于独立的基因型效应 ,即在茧质性状的表现型中基因型与微环境的交互作用非常重要。
The three cocoon characters of 3 silkworm ameiotic parthenogenesis lines were carried out variance analysis. The genotype environment interaction model which includes micro environmental factors were established and model parameters were maximum likelihood estimated. It could be concluded that among three cocoon characters cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate, effect of interaction between genotype and environmental factors were also main factors to affect the phenotype of silkworm cocoon characters besides the independent effects of genotype and environmental factors. The interaction effect was more important than that of independent genotype in some case. The interaction between micro environmental factors and genotype plays an important role in the phenotype of silkworm cocoon characters.
