金融安全是金融良好发展的基础,金融良好发展是一个国家正常运转的核心要求。作为世界第二大经济体,中国的经济金融安全问题已成为国家整体安全的重要组成部分。纵观世界金融发展的历史,经济发展往往伴随着金融风险的产生和积累。2008年华尔街发生的"次级抵押贷款危机"和2011年的欧洲金融危机给人们留下了深刻的印象。随着我国经济全球化的脚步逐步加快,金融改革与金融创新的逐渐深入,维护金融安全问题变得更为重要和突出。本文结合国家金融安全目前面临的国内外环境,分析我国金融安全的实现途径。

Financial security is the foundation of good financial development. Good financial development is the core requirement for a country’s normal operation. As the world’s second largest economy, China’s economic and financial security issues have become an important part of the country’s overall security. Throughout the history of world financial development, economic development is often accompanied by the generation and accumulation of financial risks. The 'subprime mortgage crisis' on Wall Street in 2008 and the European financial crisis in 2011 left a deep impression on people. As the pace of China’s economic globalization has gradually accelerated, financial reforms and financial innovation have gradually deepened, and the issue of maintaining financial security has become more important and prominent. This paper analyzes the realization of China’s financial security in light of the domestic and international environment that the country’s financial security is currently facing.
