乡村振兴背景下农村宜居人居环境现存问题与建设优势

Existing Problems and Construction Advantages of Living Environment in Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

20世纪70年代改革开放以来,我国农村的规模逐步扩大,农村的发展与规划成为我国城镇化推进过程中的重要环节。但是农村的建设与发展也面临着种种问题,例如农村的人居环境恶劣,产业结构混乱无序,公共服务设施配套不全,地方文脉保护不到位等等。于是,习近平主席在党的十九大报告中,为解决农村发展问题,提出了乡村振兴重要战略。在新战略思想的指导背景下,应对我国当今农村发展所面临的新挑战,并以此引导并促进我国农村发展朝着可持续方向发展。论文分析了在乡村振兴背景下,我国农村宜居人居环境建设面临的主要问题,结合相关概念与内涵,阐述了当前和今后一个时期,小城镇宜居人居环境的建设优势。

since the reform and opening up in the 1970 s, the scale of rural areas in China has gradually expanded, and the development and planning of rural areas has become an important link in the process of urbanization in China. However, rural construction and development also face various problems, such as the poor living environment in rural areas, chaotic industrial structure, incomplete public service facilities, and the lack of local cultural protection. Therefore, in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party, President Xi Jinping put forward an important strategy for rural revitalization in order to solve the problem of rural development. Under the guidance of the new strategy, we should meet the new challenges facing rural development in our country, so as to guide and promote the sustainable development of rural development in our country. This paper analyzes the main problems facing the construction of liveable living environment in rural areas in China under the background of rural revitalization, and expounds the advantages of liveable living environment construction in small towns in the present and future period, combining the relevant concepts and connotations.
