摘要
应用高压紫外检测器在线测定了布洛芬在超临界二氧化碳中的响应因子 ,考察了温度、压力和CO2密度等参数对它的影响。在温度 2 98~ 3 3 3K、压力 9~ 1 7MPa范围内 ,超临界CO2 中布洛芬的响应因子随CO2密度的增加而线性递减。建立了布洛芬在超临界CO2 中响应因子的经验计算式 (回归系数r=0 .97) ,其理论计算结果与实验数据吻合良好 ,最大误差≤ 1 0 %。
Response factors of ibuprofen in supercritical carbon dioxide were measured on line with a high-pressure ultraviolet detector. The effects of temperature, pressure and density of carbon dioxide were investigated. It can be seen that an increase in density of supercritical carbon dioxide results in a decrease in response factor over wide ranges of temperature (298 similar to 333K) and pressure (9 similar to 17 MPa). Equations ( coefficient factor = 0.97) were derived to estimate the response factor of ibuprofen. Comparing the data between experiment and calculation, the agreement was very good and the relative deviations are less than 10%.
