Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Detection Isoniazid Based on Its Sensitizing Effect

摘要 基于在碱性介质中电氧化荧光素 (fluorescein)的弱电化学发光信号可被异烟肼增敏 ,据此 ,建立了测定异烟肼的高选择性电化学发光新方法。该方法测定异烟肼的线性范围为 2 .0× 1 0 - 7~ 8.0× 1 0 - 5g mL ,检出限为 1 .0× 1 0 - 7g mL ,相对标准偏差为 1 .4% (n =1 1 ;c=4.0× 1 0 - 6 g mL)。 It was found that the weak electrochemiluminescence (ECL) signal, generated from electrooxidation fluorescein on the surface of the carbon-based electrode in the borax buffer solution, was greatly enhanced by the isoniazid. Based on this observation and the combination of the screen-printed carbon-based electrode technique with this ECL reaction, the isoniazid. can be selective detected. The detection limit of isoniazid was 0.1 mg/L, the linear range for detecting isoniazid was in the range of 0.2 similar to 80 mg/L with the relative standard deviation of 1.4% [c = 4.0 mg/L, n = 11].
