护生感知患者知情同意实施障碍调查研究

目的:了解护生感知患者知情同意权实施障碍现状,发现存在问题,提出改进措施。方法:采用自编问卷对200名护生进行调查。结果:护生感知障碍得分总体较低,平均分2.47±0.74分;护生在自身因素方面感知障碍较多,尤其在"忙于学习护理知识及技能,忽略了告知能力的学习","担心知识掌握不足,导致告知错误","告知语言过于专业化"三个方面得分较高。结论:目前护生履行患者知情同意权依然存在很多问题,针对感知障碍较多地方面,加强护生知情同意权能力的培养,为以后的护理工作打下良好的基础。

Objective:to perceive the implementation of informed consent disorder in nursing students’ understanding,find out the existing problems,put forward the improvement measures.Methods:200 nursing students were investigated by questionnaire.Results:the scores of nursing students perceived barriers are generally low,an average of 2.47+0.74;more students in their own factors of perception learning disorders,especially nursing knowledge and skills in the 'busy, ignore to inform the ability of learning','fear of lack of knowledge,leading to errors','language is too specialized to inform the three aspects of higher scores. Conclusion: the nursing students to fulfill the right of informed consent of patients still exist many problems,the more perceived barriers to strengthen nursing students,cultivate the ability of the right of informed consent,lay a good foundation for nursing work for the future.
