德莫林和如意金黄散在高压团注造影剂外渗患者中的应用效果比较

目的:比较德莫林和如意黄金散在高压团注造影剂外渗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年8月我院放射科高压团注造影剂外渗患者106例,分为A组和B组,各53例,A组患者给予如意金黄散外敷治疗,B组患者使用德莫林喷剂治疗,对比两组患者肿胀消退情况、治疗有效率及静脉炎发生率。结果:B组患者治疗有效率98.11%明显高于A组的71.72%,B组患者静脉炎发生率明显低于A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用德莫林能有效缩短高压团注造影剂外渗患者肿胀消退时间,提高治疗效果,减少静脉炎的发生,在临床上具有重要意义。

Objective:Compare effect of Dermlin and Ruyi golden powder used to radio-contrast agent exosmosis patients.Method:Collect 106 cases of patients, who were given contrast medium through the high-pressured injector in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2015, divided them into group A and group B, n=53.Patients in group A were treated by Ruyi golden powder,Patients in group B were treated by demolin spray.Treatment effectiveness and phlebitis incidence of patients were compared between patients in two groups. Results:Treatment effective rate of patients in group B( 98.11%)was significantly higher than group A(71.72%), phlebitis incidence of patients in group B the was lower than that of patients in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dermlin can effectively shorten the patients pain, improve the treatment effect,reduce the phlebitis occurrence,it is of great significance in clinic.
