布地奈德联合保儿宁治疗小儿变应性鼻炎合并哮喘的临床研究

目的:观察布地奈德联合保儿宁治疗小儿变应性鼻炎合并哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年至2015年诊断为变应性鼻炎和哮喘的患儿40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组患儿实施布地奈德气雾剂经鼻吸入治疗方案,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上同时服用保儿宁颗粒口服治疗,疗程两个月。比较两组患儿治疗前、后变应性鼻炎、哮喘的症状变化及T细胞亚群变化。结果:两组患儿治疗后变应性鼻炎和哮喘较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组的变应性鼻炎评分由治疗前的8.5±2.2变为2.9±1.3;对比组的变应性鼻炎评分由治疗前的8.6±1.9变为4.1±1.2,且T细胞亚群水平较治疗前观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合保儿宁治疗小儿变应性鼻炎合并哮喘临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of budesonide and Baoerning in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with asthma. Conclusion: Budesonide combined with Bao Er Ning in the treatment of pediatric patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma clinical curative effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical application.
