宫颈残端癌应用三维适形调强放疗治疗的效果研究

目的:探讨宫颈残端癌应用三维适形调强放疗治疗的效果。方法:回顾2014年3月--2016年3月我院收治的100例宫颈残端癌患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组患者常规放疗进行治疗,研究组患者应用三维适形调强放疗进行治疗,对两组患者放疗的治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果:两组患者近期疗效比较,研究组有效率为94.00%(47例),对照组有效率为82.00%(41例),研究组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生情况比较,研究组总发生率为6.00%(3例),对照组总发生率为16.00%(8例),研究组总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论论::对宫颈残端癌患者应用三维适形调强放疗进行治疗,能够取得十分理想的效果,既能提高患者的治疗效果,也能降低并发症发生率,值得临床广泛应用与推广。

Objective: To investigate the cervical stump cancer three- dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy. Methods: Retrospective March 2014- March 2016 the clinical data in our hospital 100 cases of cervical stump cancer patients were randomly divided into study group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50), control patients conventional radiotherapy treatment, the study group patients with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy for treatment of radiotherapy treatment groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The two groups of patients curative effect comparison study group was 94.00%(47 cases), the control group was 82.00%(41 cases), study group was significantly higher(P <0.05); two groups patients with complications compared to the situation, the study group overall incidence rate was 6.00%(3 cases), the control group, the total incidence rate of 16.00%(8 cases), the total study group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: The cervical stump cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy treatment, it is possible to achieve very good results, both to improve patient outcomes, but also can reduce the incidence of complications, is worthy of wider application and promotion.
