手术室护理中无缝隙护理的应用效果观察

目的:观察分析手术室护理中无缝隙护理的应用效果。方法:研究病例来源于本2014年2月-2016年2月收治的行手术治疗的86例患者,本次试验已经征得患者和其家属同意,应用随机对照平分原则,将入选的86例患者分为无缝隙组和常规组,每组病例数共有43例,其中无缝隙组运用无缝隙护理,常规组按照手术要求与流程实施常规护理,就两组护理效果进行对比和分析。结果:与常规组相比较,无缝隙组术前、术中应激反应各指标均比较低,且术后患者满意度评分和舒适度评分均明显要高,二者各数据经比较,存在明显差异,P均<0.05。结论:在手术室护理中应用无缝隙护理,有利于患者手术应激反应的改善,增强其配合度,提高护理效果和质量,以此进一步患者护理舒适度和满意度,运用价值比较高,适合在临床中积极应用以及推广。

Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of seamless nursing in operation room nursing. Methods: 86 patients with case studies from 2 months of the year 2014 to 2016 February were underwent surgical treatment, the test have the consent of the patients and their family members agree, application of the principle of randomized controlled divided, the selected 86 cases of patients were divided into non gap group and routine group, each group the number of cases total 43 cases, including seamless group using seamless care and routine group according to the operation requirements and process of the implementation of routine care, two groups of nursing effect for comparison and analysis. Results: compared with the normal group, no crevice group, intraoperative stress response of each index are relatively low and postoperative patient satisfaction scores and comfort score was higher, the data by comparison, there is a significant difference, P < 0.05. Conclusion: in the operating room nursing application seamless nursing, is conducive to the improvement of stress reaction of patients after operation, to enhance its cooperation, improve the effect and quality of care, in order to further patient care, comfort and satisfaction, use value is relatively high, suitable for clinical positive application and promotion.
