情景演练对患者护理质量及满意度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨情景演练对提高患者护理质量及满意度的效果。方法:将2014年1月至2014年12月仅实施理论及技能培训的感染科护士作为对照组;将2015年1月至2015年12月将实施理论及技能培训结合情景演练后感染科护士作为研究组。对比分析实施情景演练前后护理质量及满意度的情况。结果:实施后总护理质量评分为(110.25±5.75),患者总满意度评分为(26.36±4.98)显著高于实施前(59.89±3.89)分及(11.52±3.86)分,差异有统计学(P<0.05)。结论:情景演练可增强护士同理心,提高患者护理质量,降低护理差错、护患纠纷事件及护理投诉发生率,提高患者满意度。 Objective: To investigate the impact of scenario exercises on the quality of care and satisfaction of patients.Methods: The nurses of Infectious Diseases department were implemented the traditional theory and skill training drills as control group between January 2014 and December 2014. The nurses of Infectious Diseases department were implemented the combination theory and skill training drills with scenario exercises as study group between January 2015 and December 2015. The nurse-patient disputes, degree of satisfaction before and after the scenario exercises were compared. Results: The total quality of care score(110.25 ± 5.75) and the overall patient satisfaction score(26.36 ± 4.98) after the implementation of scenario exercises were higher than before the implementation(59.89 ± 3.89, 11.52 ± 3.86, respectively), with statistical difference(P <0.05). Conclusion: Scenario exercises can strengthen nurses sympathy and improve the quality of care, reduce nursing errors, nurse-patient care complaints and disputes incidence and improve patient satisfaction.
