摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并乙肝孕妇的健康教育及护理干预的应用效果。方法:选择我院2014年年9月-2015年8月收治的108例妊娠合并乙肝孕妇,进行相关知识的健康教育,并对其做好护理干预,接受健康教育后测试患者疾病知识的认知水平及护理干预后并发症情况。结果:患者接受健康教育后,对疾病知识的评分、知识内容知晓率显著提高,科学的护理干预后患者早产、胎儿宫内窘迫、产后出血、产褥热、妊娠高血压的发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育有助于妊娠合并乙肝孕妇对疾病的认知能力的提高,对其进行科学的护理,降低孕妇各种并发症,使妊娠合并乙肝孕妇获得较好的分娩结局。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education and nursing intervention to pregnant women with hepatitis b virus.Methods:Collect 108 cases of pregnant women with hepatitis b virus in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015, related knowledge of health education and nursing intervention were given to them, the disease knowledge cognition level and complications of them were compared before and after health education and nursing intervention.Results:Disease knowledge cognition level and complications of patients reduced after health education, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Health education and nursing intervention can help pregnant wome with hepatitis b virus improve disease cognitive ability, reduce complications, achieve better birth outcomes.
