早期护理干预对老年胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能影响的研究

目的:探讨早期护理干预对老年胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能的影响。方法:2013年1月至2014年12月我院骨科收治88例老年胫骨平台骨折患者,按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用早期护理干预模式,从术前24h开始与患者沟通,从心理、疼痛及术后功能锻炼方面进行早期干预。对照组采用常规护理模式。采用Merchant评价指标,评定术后患者膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组早期护理干预应用Merchant评分,优12例,良21例,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨折患者早期护理干预,对术后康复及膝关节功能恢复有明显的促进作用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on knee joint function in elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods: from January 2014 2013 to December in our hospital department of orthopedics, 88 cases of elderly tibial platform fracture patients, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group by early nursing intervention model, from 24 h before the operation began to communicate with patients, from the psychological, pain and postoperative functional exercise for early intervention. The control group used routine nursing model. The functional recovery of knee joint was evaluated by Merchant evaluation index. Results: Merchant score, excellent in 12 cases, good in 21 cases, compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: elderly patients with fracture of early nursing intervention, the postoperative rehabilitation of knee function has a significant role in promoting recovery.
