屏障技术在放射科护理安全管理中的应用

目的:探讨屏障技术在放射科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法:确定使用屏障技术的层面分为:(1)防治高压注射对比剂渗漏;(2)放射性废物处理及监管记录;(3)护士个人安全防护。结果:对实施屏障技术前、后护理安全检查平均得分/月进行比较,观察组得分97,规范了各项护理安全管理流程,加强了护理安全防范举措的可控性;对照组得分91,配对X2检验显示P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:应用屏障技术能提高放射科护理安全管理质量,减少放射科护理不良事件的发生。

objective to investigate the barriers of technology in the radiology department application effect in nursing safety management. Methods Determined using barrier technology level are divided into:(1) prevention and control of leakage of high pressure injection of contrast medium;(2) radioactive waste disposal and regulatory record;(3) the nurse personal safety protection. Results for barrier technology before and after nursing safety check to compare the average score/month, observation group scores 97, regulated the nursing safety management processes, strengthen the nursing safety control measures; Control group scored 91, matching the X2 test showed P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion application of barrier technology can improve the quality of radiology department nursing safety management, reduce the radiology department of nursing adverse events occur.
