优质护理服务模式在基层专科医院护理中的应用

目的:探讨优质护理服务模式在基层专科医院护理中的应用效果.方法方法:将2014年2月至2015年2月收治的患者实施优质护理服务,另选择实施优质护理服务前1年收治的患者比较实施前后医生,患者的满意度和患者恢复情况.结果结果:实施优质护理服务后,患者恢复情况明显好转,总体满意度患者为95.2%,医生为98.1%.实施前患者满意度为85.1%,医生为90.1%.实施后的满意度明显高于实施前.结论:通过实施优质护理服务模式可以有效提高护理质量减少并发症的发生率,提高满意度.

Objective:To investigate the effect of high-quality care in the primary mode applications hospital nursing. The method:will implement quality care patients from February 2014 to February 2015 were admitted, and the other chose to implement quality care before patients treated for 1 year comparison before and after the doctor, patient satisfaction and patient recovery. the results:after the implementation of quality care, patient recovery was significantly improved overall patient satisfaction was 95.2%, 98.1% doctors. before the implementation of patient satisfaction was 85.1%, the doctor 90.1% satisfaction after the implementation was significantly higher than before implementation. Conclusion:by implementing quality care model can effectively improve the quality of care to reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction.
