接种前护理干预在减少儿童接种白破疫苗不良反应中的应用

目的:探讨接种前护理干预对减少儿童接种白破疫苗不良反应中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2014年10月-2015年11月接种白破疫苗的儿童104例,随机分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组进行常规预防接种,观察组在接种前采取护理干预再进行接种白破疫苗,对两组在接种后不良反应率、家长对护理满意度比较分析。结果:观察组接种后不良反应率明显低于对照组,观察组家长满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接种前护理干预可以有效减少儿童接种白破疫苗的各种不良反应率,提高疫苗的安全性及儿童家长的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of the nursing intervention before vaccination to reduce adverse reactions of diphtheria-tetanus vaccine.Methods: Collected 104 cases of children who got diphtheria-tetanus vaccine from October 2014 to November 2015, randomly divided them into observation group and control group, n=52.Children in control group got vaccinated using conventional methods, Nursing intervention were given to children in observation group before vaccination to reduce adverse reactions,incidences of adverse reactions and parents’ satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:incidences of adverse reactions of children in observation group were obviously lower than those of control group, parents’ satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention before vaccination can reduce adverse reactions of diphtheria-tetanus vaccine, improve the safety of the vaccine and parents satisfaction.
