中医护理方案临床实施存在的问题分析与应对策略

目的:了解中医护理方案在临床实施过程中存在的的瓶颈问题。方法:对四川省5家中医医疗机构2015年1-12月中医护理方案实施过程中存在的问题进行问卷调查。结果:中医护理方案的效果评价缺乏客观指标,护理人员中医知识不够扎实,执行能力存在差异;管理层对方案的实施不够重视,缺乏必要的保障;同一症状的护理技术过多,影响数据统计和效果观察;医生的辨证分型与护理方案不一致,患者依从性差,医护人员积极性不高。结结论:论:针对上述问题,科学分析与讨论,从探讨科学的评价指标、多途径培养中医护理队伍、促进管理部门重视、医护标准达成共识和促进建立合理的收费结构和报销范畴等方面提出改进建议,以推进中医护理方案在临床实施中落到实处,更好地彰显中医护理特色优势。
