青壮年肺癌术后压疮的护理体会

目的:回顾性分析4例青壮年患者肺癌术后发生压疮的原因,探讨预防术后压疮预防的发生对策。方法:方法::对2015年1月-2015年7月发生压疮Ⅰ期4例患者的情况进行回顾性分析。结果结果果:::护理人员对该年龄段换患者术后压疮预防的认识不足、患者及家属的遵医行为差、疼痛敏感者等因素是导致术后压疮发生的主要原因。结论结论论:::提高护理人员预防术后压疮的意识、加大预防压疮的管理力度、规范术后交接内容、协助患者术后尽早活动等是预防术后发生压疮的关键。

Objective:To retrospective analysis of 4 cases of young patients with lung cancer after operation of pressure ulcers,and to explore the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer prevention measures.Methods:to 2015 years January 2015 July pressure ulcer stage I in 4 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results:the nursing staff of the age for patients after the operation of pressure ulcer prevention knowledge is insufficient,patients and family members of the medical compliance behavior of poor,pain sensitivity and other factors lead to postoperative incidence of pressure ulcer of the main reasons.Conclusion:to improve the nursing staff to prevent postoperative pressure sores awareness,increase prevention of pressure ulcer management efforts,standardize the transfer content to help patients as soon as possible after activities is to prevent postoperative occurrence of pressure ulcers.
