集束化护理在预防三腔喂养管堵管中的应用

目的:探讨预防三腔喂养管的措施提高患者的营养水平。方法:总结2014年1月-2015年8月收治入院的28例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用集束化护理措施护理三腔喂养管,对照组采用普通方式护理三腔喂养管,比较两种方法三腔喂养管的堵管情况及患者营养状况的比较。结果:实验组三个月内未发生堵管现象,对照组分别在2个月和3个月的时候发生堵管1例,两组患者的MNA值比较,图上显示实验组的患者MNA值明显高于对照组。结论:集束化护理措施应用于三腔喂养管堵管方面,效果良好。

Objective:to investigate the three cavity prevention measures of the feeding pipe method to improve the patient’s level of nutrition.Methods:concluded in January 2014-August 2015 admitted,28 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group using cluster nursing care three cavity feeding tube, the control group using ordinary care three cavity feeding tube, compare two methods of three cavity feeding tube wall of tube and the comparison of patients nutrition status.Results:not tube is blocked in the experimental group three months,the control group respectively in 2 months and 3 months pipe blocked in 1 case,two groups of patients with MNA value comparison, shown on the figure of the experimental group patients MNA value is significantly higher than control group conclusion.Conclusions:cluster change nursing measures applied in the three cavity feeding pipe plugging,good effect,can promote the use in clinic.
