摘要
目的:探讨临床护理导师准入制度对临床护理实习生带教质量的影响。方法:自2014年6月拟定临床护理带教导师资质准入标准及流程,建立临床护理导师人才库,进行动态管理。抽取2013年6月-2014年6月我院护理专业实习生60名作为对照组,2014年6月-2015年6月我院护理专业实习生60名作为观察组,比较两组护生实习结束时护理理论、技能评分以及护生对带教老师的满意度评分。结果:观察组护生实习结束时护理理论、技能考核成绩显著高于对照组护生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教老师的满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理导师准入制度是医院教学管理的新路径,可以有效提升护理教学水平,提高护生对临床教学的满意度。
Objective:To explore effect of clinical nursing teacher access system in improving the quality of clinical teaching.Methods:Establish a clinical nursing teacher admittance standard and procedure in our hospital from June 2014,collect 60 cases of nursing students from June 2013 to June 2014 as control group,60 cases of nursing students from June 2014 to June 2015 as observation group,compared nursing theory, skill scores of nursing students in two groups at the end of the internship.Results:Nursing theory,skill scores of nursing students in observation group is significantly higher than control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing teacher access system is a new path of hospital teaching management,can effectively enhance the level of nursing teaching and improve the satisfaction of clinical teaching of nursing students.
