临床护理路径在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用

目的:探讨基于临床路径的护理干预对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选择我院2014年9月-2015年3月收治的老年溃疡患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于临床路径的护理干预,比较两组患者治疗效果及疼痛控制时间。结果:观察组与对照组患者相比,治疗效果优于对照组、疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于临床路径的护理干预可以有效改善和提高老年消化性溃疡患者的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pathway in elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:Selectde 90 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2015,divided them into control group and observation group,patients in control group implemented conventional nursing, patients in observation group implemented clinical pathway,compared treatment effects and duration of pain of two groups.Results:Treatment effect of observation group is better than control group,duration of pain of observation group was shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:clinical nursing pathway can improve the effect of the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer effectively.
