妇科护理中不安全因素分析与对策分析

目的:分析妇科护理当中存在的不安全因素,针对出现的问题,制定相应的解决对策。方法:随机选取我院2014年11月-2015年11月期间收治的出现安全隐患的200名患者作为研究对象进行分析,并从护理人员的素质和技能、管理制度、患者和家属对治疗及护理过程的配合程度、医院环境以及使用设备等方面,分析妇科护理中存现的不安全因素。结果:经过分析知,妇科护理当中存在的不安全因素主要包含三方面:护理人员的专业技能较弱、科室缺乏安全有效的管理机制、护理人员的法律意识比较淡薄。结论:在妇科护理过程中,不断提升护理人员的专业技能、健全科室的管理制度,以及提升护理人员服务和法律意识,能够高效地降低妇科护理当中不安全因素产生的几率,有助于患者及早恢复健康。

Objective:analysis of the existence of gynecology and obstetrics nursing unsafe factors,aiming at the problems,formulate corresponding countermeasures.Methods: randomly selected from our hospital in November 2014 to November 2015,our hospital during the period of the emergence of the safety of 200 cases of maternal as the research object is analyzed,and the quality of nursing and skills skills, management system,the process of treatment and nursing mothers and families of the matching degree,hospital environment and the use of equipment,etc. analysis of gynecological care in an existential unsafe factors.Results:through analysis,the existence of gynecology and obstetrics nursing unsafe factors mainly include three aspects:nursing staff's professional skill is weak, lack of obstetrics and gynecology is safe and effective management mechanism, the legal consciousness of nursing staff is weak.Conclusion:in the process of gynecology and obstetrics nursing, improve nurses' professional skills and improve the gynecology and obstetrics of the management system,and improve nursing service and legal consciousness, able to effectively reduce the risk of unsafe factors of gynecology and obstetrics nursing,help pregnant women as soon as possible back to health.
