早期肠内营养支持对胃癌术后患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨早期肠内营养支持对胃癌术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取我院2014年11月-2015年10月胃癌术后患者94例,分为观察组和对照组,各47例,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察组进行早期肠内营养支持。对比两组患者营养状况和免疫功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者术后疫球蛋白指标明显高于对照组,观察组Hb、Alb指标明显低于对照组,观察组PAB、TRF水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养支持能够有效提高胃癌术后患者的营养水平,可改善患者营养状况,提高患者免疫能力,临床应用价值显著。 Objective:To explore effect of early enteral nutrition support on immune function of postoperative gastric cancer patients.Methods:Collected 94 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2015, divided them into observation group and control group, n=47. Patients in control group were treated by parenteral nutrition support,patients in observation group were treated by early enteral nutrition support. Nutrition status and immune function of patients in two groups were compared. Results:Immune globulin of patients in observation group was obviously higher than that of patients in control group; Hb,Alb of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group; PAB, TRF level of patients in observation group were obviously higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nutrition support can effectively improve the nutrition level and immune function of gastric cancer postoperative patients,it has clinical spread value.
