脑梗塞患者血栓弹力图与凝血常规及血脂指标相关性的研究

目的:探讨脑梗塞患者血栓弹力图与其凝血常规及血脂指标的相关性。方法:选取我院2015年全年收治的脑梗塞患者,同时进行血栓弹力图和凝血常规检测的病人865例,同时进行血栓弹力图和血脂检测的878人。对两组人员得到的血栓弹力图R、K、MA、Angel结果与凝血常规PT、APTT、D-二聚体、TT、FIB,血脂HDL、LDL、甘油三酯、胆固醇、Lp(a)、Apo A1,用SPSS进行相关性分析。结果:1R、K时间与APTT正相关,MA、Angel与APTT负相关;MA、Angel与TT、FIB、D-D二聚体呈正相关,而K时间与三者负相关;R时间与PT、D-二聚体负相关;其余两两之间无相关性。2R时间、K时间与HDL、LDL均正相关,与Lp(a)均负相关,MA、Angel与三者相关性正好相反;R时间与甘油三酯正相关;K时间与胆固醇、Apo A1负相关;MA、Angel与Lp(a),胆固醇,Apo A1均正相关,与甘油三酯负相关。结论:脑梗塞患者血栓弹力图相关指标与凝血常规及血脂存在一定相关性,为脑梗塞疾病的诊断和治疗提供一种新的思路。

Objective:To discuss the correltiong of Thrombosis and blood coagulation routine and lipids about cerebral infarction patients.Method:In 2015, 865 patients were detected simultaneously Thrombosis and blood coagulation routine, 878 patients were detected simultaneously Thrombosis and blood lipid test.SPSS was used to analyse the correlation about R,K,MA,Angel and PT,APTT,D-dimer,FIB, HDL, LDL, triglyceride cholesterol,Lp(a),Apo A1.Result:(1)R,K and APTT were positive correlation,MA,Angel and APTT were negative correlation;MA,Angel and TT,FIB,D-dimer were positively correlated,and K was negatively related to these three;R was negatively related to the PT and D-dimer;meanwhile there was no correlation between the other two.(2)R, K were related with HDL and LDL,but negative correlation with Lp(a),meanwhile the correlation between MA,Angel and these three was on the contrary.R and triglyceride,MA,Angel and Lp(a),cholesterol, Apo A1 were positively related;K and cholesterol,Apo A1,MA,Angel and triglyceride were negatively correlated.Conculsion:The certain correlation between Thrombosis and blood coagulation,blood lipid provided a new thought for disease diagnosis and treatment in the patients of cerebral infarction.
