电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除纵隔肿瘤的临床护理观察

目的:观察电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除纵隔肿瘤的临床护理效果。方法:选择和纳入2012年1月-2015年3月纵隔肿瘤手术患者97例,所有患者均行电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除纵隔肿瘤治疗,根据抽签法随机分组,护理A组采用传统手术护理,护理B组患者使用全程化手术护理,比较两组患者临床各项指标差异。结果:护理B组手术出血量(361.52±177.53)ml、引流置管时间(2.05±1.12)d、住院时间(6.52±2.65)d明显优于护理A组手术出血量(802.35±191.44)ml、引流置管时间(3.43±1.76)d、住院时间(9.39±3.53)d,两组在手术出血量、引流置管时间、住院时间方面差异显著(P<0.05)。护理B组并发症总发生率为6.25%,护理A组总发生率为18.37%,两组在并发症发生率方面差异显著,护理B组有明显优势,P<0.05。结论:电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除纵隔肿瘤围手术期给予全程化手术护理干预,有助于减少术中出血量,术后恢复快,引流置管时间和住院时间缩短,且术后并发症发生率明显降低,值得推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical nursing effect of the small incision of the tumor in the tumor of the tumor with the aid of a small incision in the chest. Methods: selection and inclusion of January 2012 to 2015 March mediastinal tumors in 97 patients. All patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscope assisted small incision in treatment of mediastinal tumor,according to randomly divided into two groups, nursing a group using the traditional surgical care, nursing group B patients using the whole course of surgery nursing,compared two groups of patients with clinical indicators of differences. Results: nursing operation in group B.the amount of bleeding(177.53±361.52)ml,drainage catheter time(2.05±1.12)d,the length of time(6.52±2.65) d is obviously superior to the nursing group a surgery hemorrhage quantity(802.35 + 191.44)ml,drainage catheter time(3.43±1.76)d, the length of time(9.39±3.53) d,the two groups in operative blood loss,drainage catheter time, time of hospitalization were significantly(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in B group was 6.25%,and the total incidence rate was 18.37%,the incidence of complications in the two groups were significantly different,and the nursing B group had obvious advantages,P<0.05. Conclusion:VATS assisted small incision mediastinal tumor resection perioperative give full of surgery nursing intervention,to reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative quick recovery, drainage time and shorten the time of hospitalization, and postoperative complication rate was significantly lower and is worthy to be popularized.
