门诊输液患者心理护理分析

目的:探讨门诊输液患者的心理护理方法。方法:以我院于2015年1月-2015年10月间收治的4500例门诊输液患者为研究对象,根据回顾式分析的方法,将其分为两组,采用心理护理的观察组2300例和采用常规护理的对照组2200例,对比两种护理方式的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的护理有效率及护理满意度较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊输液患者实施心理护理,效果显著,患者的信任感和配合度较高,值得推广和应用。

Objective: To explore the psychological nursing methods of patients with infusion in outpatient department.Methods:in our hospital in January 2015 to October 2015 were 4500 cases of patients in outpatient infusion as the research object, according to the retrospective analysis method, divided into two groups, the observation of psychological nursing group(2300 cases)and the routine nursing of 2200 cases in the control group, comparing the two types of nursing clinical effect. Results:in the observation group,the nursing efficiency and the nursing satisfaction were higher,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of psychological care of patients in outpatient infusion,effect is remarkable,the trust of patients and with a higher degree,worthy of promotion and application.
