2型糖尿病管理实施家属参与健康教育的效果分析

摘要 目的:评估2型糖尿病日常管理工作中鼓励家属参与的有效性。方法:筛选2011年10月-2014年10月健康体检人群中明确诊断为2型糖尿病的患者107例,参照随机标准对107例分组,基础组有患者共52例,行常规教育流程;综合组有患者共55例,本组病例家属参与至各项健康教育流程中,对两组干预质量进行比对。结果:综合组空腹血糖指数(5.80±2.02)mmol/l,基础组(7.80±3.47)mmol/l(P<0.05);且两组自护能力、糖化血红蛋白指数以及餐后两小时血糖指数等均表现出显著性特征(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者展开健康管理工作时,鼓励家属参与至各项健康教育流程中,有助于提升管理质量。 Objective: to evaluate daily encourage family members to participate in the management of type 2 diabetes is effective. Methods: screening in October 2014-01, 2016 due to enter in our Physical Examination Department 107 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, follow the standards of a random 107 cases of group, basic group has a total of 52 cases patients, routine education process; Maintaining has a total of 55 cases of patients, incidence families to participate in various health education to process, compare the quality of two groups of intervention. Results: maintaining fasting glucose index(5.80 + 2.02) tendency for l, base group(7.80 + 3.47) tendency for l(P < 0.05); And two groups of self nursing ability, glycosylated hemoglobin index and two hours after the meal glycemic index are showed significant characteristics(P < 0.05). Conclusion: type 2 diabetes on daily management work, encourage family members to participate to the health education in the process, help to improve the quality management.
