精细化管理在心血管内科病房的应用价值

目的:探讨在心血管内科病房应用精细化管理的临床价值。方法:将我院心血管内科病房2014年10月~2015年10月收治的患者94例选为研究对象,依据护理管理方式划分为两组,其中对照组(n=437)采用常规护理模式,观察组(n=47)采用精细化管理模式,对比两组护理质量。结果:观察组护理质量评分为(95.82±10.44)分,技术操作规范为91.5%,安全管理为97.9%,护理记录正确率为93.6%,均优于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管内科病房中应用精细化管理临床效果优良,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value in cardiovascular department of internal medicine ward with fine management. Methods:of cardiovascular internal medicine department of our hospital ward 2014 October 2015 admitted in October, 94 patients selected as research object, according to nursing management division for two groups. In the control group(n=437) received routine nursing, the observation group(n = 47) by fine management mode, compared two groups of nursing quality. Results:in the observation group nursing quality score is(95.82 + 10.44), technical operation specification was 91.5%, safety management was 97.9%, nursing records correct rate was 93.6% were better than those of the control group, the difference significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:the application of fine management in the cardiovascular department of internal medicine ward is of good clinical effect, and it is worth popularizing.
