分析整体护理在结肠镜治疗结直肠息肉患者围手术期中的应用

目的:探讨在结肠镜治疗结直肠息肉患者围手术期中应用整体护理的临床效果。方法:将我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的结直肠息肉患者74例作为研究对象,均采用结肠镜治疗,依据围术期护理模式划分为两组,其中对照组(n=37)采用常规护理,观察组(n=37)采用整体护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:对照组并发症发生率为16.2%,复发率为13.5%,高于观察组5.4%、2.7%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理应用于结肠镜治疗结直肠息肉患者围手术期效果优良,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the application of holistic nursing in the treatment of colorectal polyps in patients with colorectal polyps. Methods:74 cases of patients with colorectal polyps in our hospital in February 2014 and 2015, admitted in February as the research object, using endoscopic treatment, according to the peri operative nursing models are classified to two groups, the control group(n = 37) was given routine nursing, the observation group(n = 37) the holistic nursing, compared to two groups of nursing effect. Results:the complication rate of control group was 16.2%, the recurrence rate was 13.5%, higher than that of the observation group 5.4%, 2.7%, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:the overall nursing application in the treatment of colorectal polyps in patients with colorectal polyps perioperative effect is good, it is worth promoting.
