全髋关节置换和髋关节表面置换用于髋臼骨折后骨关节炎患者治疗中的临床效果

目的:对髋臼骨折骨关节炎治疗进行研究,探讨全髋关节置换、髋关节表面置换治疗骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2014年2月~2015年5月期间我院收治的骨关节炎患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组采用髋关节表面置换术,对照组采用全髋关节置换术,比较两组患者术中术后情况、髋关节功能评定。结果:两组髋关节功能评定、手术时间差异不显著(P>05.0),无统计学意义;实验组术中出血量为(1010±25)m L,明显少于对照组(1120±34)m L,差异显著(p<05.0),具有统计学意义;实验组髋关节屈伸活动度为(111±4)°,明显高于对照组(103±7)°,差异显著(p<05.0),具有统计学意义。结论:相较于全髋关节置换,髋关节表面置换具有术中出血量高、髋关节屈伸活动度高的特点,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective: To study the treatment of acetabular fractures with osteoarthritis and to explore the clinical effect of total hip replacement and hip joint replacement in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods: 80 cases of osteoarthritis in our hospital during the period from February 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object, and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number method. The 40 cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, total hip replacement was used in the control group, the postoperative condition of the two groups were compared, and the function of the hip joint was evaluated. Results: two groups of hip joint function was evaluated, the surgery time difference was not significant(), no statistical significance; in experimental group were bleeding(101025) ml, significantly less than that of the control group(112034) ml, and the difference is significant(), with statistical significance; experimental group hip flexion extension activity for(1114) degree was significantly higher than that in control group(1037) degree, and the difference is significant(), with statistical significance. Conclusion: compared with total hip arthroplasty, hip arthroplasty has the characteristics of high blood loss, high degree of hip flexion and extension, and has high clinical value.
