针对性信息支持在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

目的:探讨基于疾病相关知识需求的针对性信息支持在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月我院收治的老年慢性心力哀竭患者92例,随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(56例)。对照组患者进行心内科传统健康教育,在此基础上给予针对性信息支持,比较两组患者疾病不确定感和自护能力。结果:观察组患者Michel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分显著低于对照组患者,观察组患者自我护理能测量量表(ESCA)评分显著高于对照组患者。结论:对老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施针对性信息支持可以有效的降低其疾病不确定感,使得信息在传递的过程中更易于患者接受,因而对患者出院后自我护理能力的养成同样具有积极的促进作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted information support in elderly chronic heart failure patients.Method:92 cases of elderly chronic heart failure patients were selected from June 2015 to June 2016,these patients were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(56 cases). Patients in Control group were treated by traditional health education,on the basis of it,targeted information support were given to patients in observation group, Michel’s Uncertainty in Illness Scales(MUIS)and the self-care ability(ESCA)scores of patients in two groups were compared.Results:MUIS scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than the control group, ESCA scores of patients in observation were significantly higher than control group.conclusion: Application of targeted information support in elderly chronic heart failure patients,can effectively reduce disease uncertainty of patients,and makes the information easy to accept,it plays a positive role in promoting patients self-care ability.
