研究舒适护理用于鼻咽癌放射治疗期间护理中的临床效果

目的:重点研究对鼻咽癌病人在放射治疗时应用舒适护理服务理念的效果。方法:本次研究选取对象为2014年10月至2015年10月在我院接受放射治疗治疗的鼻咽癌病人,随机选取98例,将其随机分成传统组和舒适组,传统组实施传统护理,舒适组则同时给予舒适护理,对比上述两种护理方法的应用效果。结果:舒适组病人的护理满意度为97.96%,传统组病人的护理满意度为77.55%,舒适组在护理满意度方面优于传统组(P<0.05);两组在实施护理之前,病人的焦虑水平无显著差异,实施不同的护理措施后,舒适组病人的焦虑状况明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理服务理念应用于鼻咽癌病人的放射治疗护理中效果显著,能够提高病人对护理工作的满意度,避免护患纠纷的产生,具有临床应用价值。

Objective: to research during radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients application effect of comfortable nursing service idea. Methods: this study selected objects for the October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital treated with radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, 98 cases were randomly selected and randomly divided into its traditional and comfortable group, traditional group, traditional nursing comfort group gives comfortable nursing at the same time, the application effect of the above two methods of nursing care. Results: 97.96% of patient's nursing satisfaction comfortable group, traditional group of patient's nursing satisfaction 77.55%, comfortable in nursing satisfaction is superior to the traditional group(P < 0.05); Two groups before the implementation of the nursing level of anxiety in the patients, there was no significant difference after the implementation of different nursing measures, the situation of anxiety in the patients comfortable group was obviously better than that of conventional group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfortable nursing service concept was applied to effect is remarkable, in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient care can improve patients satisfaction of nursing work, avoid disputes, nurses and patients have clinical application value.
