摘要
目的:探讨本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(PNF)对脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位的疗效。方法:62例女性脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位患者随机分为PNF组(n=31)和对照组(n=31),两组均接受常规康复治疗,PNF组加用PNF技术,包括徒手接触、简短口令、关节挤压等方法刺激肩关节,每日一次,共治疗4周后评定疗效。结果:PNF组上肢运动功能Brunnstrom分级,肩关节半脱位恢复率比对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:PNF技术治疗脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位疗效较好,能明显改善患者的上肢功能。
Objective:To discuss the PNF technology treatment curative effect of shoulder subluxation in early hemiplegin patients caused by stroke.Method:62 cases of early shoulder joint subluxation in female patients with stroke were randomly divided into the PNF group(n = 31) and the control group(n = 31),both groups for routine rehabilitation,PNF group with PNF technology, including hand contact,short password, joint extrusion method to stimulate the shoulder joint, once a day,a total of 4 weeks after treatment to assess the curative effect. Result:PNF group Brunnstrom of upper limb movement function,shoulder joint subluxation recovery rate than the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion: PNF technology good curative effect on shoulder joint subluxation in early hemiplegin patients caused by stroke,can obviously improve the patient's upper limb function
