舒适护理在肺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果分析

目的:探讨舒适护理在肺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果,分析舒适护理应用可行性。方法:收集2012年1月-2014年12月我院收治的73例肺癌术后化疗病人,随机分为实验组37例和对照组36例,实验组在对照组常规护理基础上实施舒适护理,分析两组患者对护理的满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:舒适护理实验组患者满意度94.6%,明显高于对照组72.2%(p<0.05);舒适护理实验组患者恐惧焦虑、恶心呕吐、口腔溃疡、药液外渗等不良反应发生率分别为16.2%、27.2%、2.7%、0.0%,均明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:舒适护理能够提高肺癌术后化疗患者满意度,降低不良反应,在肺癌术后化疗患者中有良好的应用效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in chemotherapy after surgery for lung cancer patients,analysis the feasibility of application of comfort nursing.Methods:from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital 73 cases of lung cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 37 cases and 36 cases in the control group, the experimental group in the control group were given routine nursing care based on the analysis of the occurrence of comfortable nursing,two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing and adverse reactions. Results:comfortable nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group 94.6%,72.2% higher than the control group(p<0.05); comfort nursing care of patients in the experimental group fear anxiety, nausea and vomiting, oral ulcer,adverse reaction and extravasation rate was 16.2% 27.2%, 2.7%,0%, were significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: comfort care can improve the satisfaction of postoperative lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, reduce the adverse reactions in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy Has a good application effect.
