麦默通乳腺微创旋切术在乳腺肿瘤中应用护理观察

目的:探究麦默通乳腺微创旋切术应用于乳腺肿瘤治疗的效果及其护理观察。方法:样本来源于本院2013年12月至2015年12月间收治入院的乳腺肿瘤患者,样本容量为74例,按照随机双盲法原则将其分为两组(对照组和研究组),各37例,所有患者均实施麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理,对比患者临床有效率、术后不良情绪评分、治疗依从性以及术后并发症和满意度情况。结果:所有患者均成功完成手术,有效率高达100%。术后比较两组术后不良情绪评分、治疗依从性以及术后并发症发现,研究组明显优于对照组,满意度较对照组高,差异统计学分析具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:麦默通乳腺微创旋切术用于乳腺肿瘤的治疗效果显著,但术后综合护理对于患者的情绪、依从性及其术后并发症的影响也较大,综合护理能够促进医患关系和谐发展。

Objective: To explore the mammotome minimally invasive breast Xuan Qie Shu applied in breast tumor treatment effect and nursing observation. Methods: samples from our hospital between December 2013 and December 2015 breast cancer patients admitted, sample size of 74 cases, in accordance with the principle of random double blind method it can be divided into two groups(control group and the team), the 37 cases, all patients were implemented mammotome minimally invasive breast Xuan Qie Shu treatment, control group routine nursing, implement comprehensive nursing team and compare the clinical effectiveness, postoperative adverse emotional score, treatment adherence and postoperative complications, and satisfaction. Results: all patients were successfully completed surgery, 100% efficient. Compare two groups of postoperative adverse emotional score, postoperative treatment adherence and postoperative complications, found that the team was better than control group, high satisfaction than the control group, statistical analysis has significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion: mammotome minimally invasive breast Xuan Qie Shu) for the treatment of breast tumor effect is remarkable, but comprehensive nursing for patients with postoperative mood, adherence and postoperative complications is bigger also, the influence of comprehensive nursing care can promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
