不同层次的护士对临床护理带教需求的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨实习护士、毕业新护士及轮转护士对临床护理带教的需求。方法:选取2012年7月-2015年8月在老年干部病房带教护士120名,采用自行设计的调查问卷对不同层次的护士进行调查。调查内容包括病情观察、专科护理、健康教育等九个方面。结果:各层次学员对这九项的内容需求是有差异的:实习护士侧重于基础操作、专科护理知识和药物知识;毕业新护士侧重于病情观察、护理文书和病区管理;轮转护士侧重于专科护理、病情观察和药物知识。结论:医院应加强符合不同层次护士需求的带教老师队伍建设,不断丰富、完善带教内容,按不同层次护士需求进行带教,进一步提高带教质量。 Objective:To investigate the nurse, nurse and nurse of rotary graduation clinical nursing teaching needs.Methods:from July 2012 to August 2015,teaching 120 nurses in elderly cadres ward,a self-designed questionnaire survey of nurses of different levels.The survey includes observation,nursing,nine in terms of health education.Results:all levels of students demand for these nine content is different: practice nurses focused on the basic operation, nursing knowledge and drug knowledge; graduation new nurses focused on observation, nursing documents and ward management; nurse rotation focus in nursing, disease observation and drug knowledge.Conclusion: the hospital should strengthen the construction of teaching staff with the needs of different levels of nurses, and constantly enrich and improve the content of teaching, according to the needs of different levels of nurses to carry out teaching, to further improve the quality of teaching.
