24G留置针在改良塞丁格尔术置PICC中的临床应用

目的:探讨24G留置针在改良塞丁格尔入置PICC中应用的优势。方法:对静脉条件差的患者用24G留置针初步穿刺,再用改良赛丁格尔术置入PICC导管。结果:一次穿刺置管成功28例,1例穿刺后导丝置入不畅,成功率99.9%。结论 24G留置针应用于MST置入PICC置管中,减轻患者疼痛,能有效提高置管成功率。

Objective: to study the 24 g needle in the applications of modified PICC plug dingell into place. Methods: the patients with poor vein condition of 24 g needle with preliminary puncture, reoccupy improved the dingle placing PICC catheter. Results: a successful tube after 28 cases, 1 case after puncture, over the guidewire success rate of 99.9%. Conclusion 24 g placing PICC catheter indwelling needle used in the MST, reducing patient pain, can effectively improve the success rate of catheter.
