经皮椎间孔内窥镜下手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效观察

目的:探讨经皮椎间孔内窥镜下手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年1月期间在我院行经皮椎间孔内窥镜下手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例为研究对象,均给予局部麻醉下手术,术前评估患者腰痛及腿痛,随访6个月统计患者术后恢复情况。结果:60例患者手术均成功,成功率100.0%,并且术后第二天可下地行走;根据Mac Nab标准,6个月后恢复优30例、良24例,优良率为90.0%,术后恢复状况良好。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗上,经皮椎间孔内窥镜下手术治疗的成功率高,近期疗效理想,安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective: to study the percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery under recent clinical curative effect and safety of lumbar disc prolapse. Methods: from January 2014 to January 2014 in our hospital during menstruation skin with endoscope of intervertebral foramen of 60 cases of patients with surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as the research object, were given surgery under local anesthesia, preoperative evaluation of patients with low back pain and leg pain, postoperative recovery in patients with statistics were followed up for 6 months. Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc prolapse, percutaneous intervertebral foramen under endoscopic surgical treatment success rate is high, the ideal short-term curative effect, high safety, worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
