探讨介入治疗产后大出血患者的综合护理体会

目的:探讨介入治疗产后大出血患者的综合护理体会。方法:回顾性分析2013年7月到2016年7月我院收治的产后大出血患者选取18例作为临床资料,分析总结介入治疗过程中给予一系列综合护理,包括心理护理、术前、术中以及术后护理等等。结果:通过积极有效的综合护理后,18例患者均顺利止血,止血成功率为100%;患者对护理满意的为8例,非常满意的为10例,不满意的为0例,护理总体满意率为100%。18例患者无任何1例发生术后并发症,并发症率为0.讨论:对产后大出血患者在介入治疗过程中采用综合护理方法,止血效果显著,护理效果显著,提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床医学上大力推广使用。

Objective: To explore the comprehensive nursing experience of interventional therapy for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: a retrospective analysis of July 2013 to 2016 years 7 months in our hospital from postpartum hemorrhage patients selected 18 patients as clinical data and analysis summarize the interventional treatment process to give a series of comprehensive nursing, including psychological nursing, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care and so on. Results: through the positive effective comprehensive nursing, 18 patients were successfully stop bleeding, and the success rate of hemostasis was 100%; patients’ satisfaction to nursing in 8 cases, very satisfactory in 10 cases, cases are not satisfied, nursing overall satisfaction rate was 100%. 18 cases of patients without any 1 cases of postoperative complications and the rate of complications for. Discussion: on postpartum hemorrhage during interventional treatment process in the comprehensive nursing method, the hemostatic effect was significant, significant effect of nursing and improve the patients’ satisfaction, worth in clinical medicine vigorously pushed wide use.
