补肾益智活血法治疗老年痴呆症58例疗效观察

目的:探讨补肾益智活血汤治疗老年痴呆症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取老年痴呆症116例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组57例,对照组56例。对照组予以口服盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予自制补肾益智活血汤加减治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程。治疗前、治疗3个疗程后,比较两组的相关量表评分,包括:简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、中医临床症状积分量表,进行临床疗效比较,记录不良反应。结果:观察组与对照组有效受试者分别为57例、56例。治疗3个疗程后,两组MMSE积分、中医症候积分均降低,ADL评分均升高(t=4.86~7.37,P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组MMSE积分、中医症候积分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(t=4.10~4.76,P<0.05)。观察组显效率[52.63%vs. 28.57%]、总有效率[75.44 vs. 62.50%]均高于对照组(χ~2=5.51、4.08,P<0.05),不良反应发生率分别为5.36%、7.02%(χ~2=0.91,P>0.05)。结论:补肾益智活血法治疗老年痴呆症安全有效。

Objective: To explore the curative effect on treatment of senile dementia by Bushen-Yizhi-Huoxue method. Methods: 116 patients with senile dementia were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases per group. Patients in control group were given donepezil, and patients in observation group were given Bushen-Yizhi-Huoxue method based on control group. Two groups were both treated for 3 courses, and relating scale score between two groups before treatment and 3 courses after treatment were compared, including mini mental state examination(MMSE), activity of daily living scale(ADL), TCM clinical symptom score scale, also the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions were compared. Results: There were 57 and 56 valid cases in observation group and control group. 3 courses after treatment, MMSE and ADL scores in two groups were both decreased, and ADL scores were both increased(t=4.86~7.37, P<0.05 or P<0.01). MMSE and ADL scores in observation group were both less than that in control group, and ADL scores were higher than that in control group(t=4.10~4.76, P<0.05). Observation groups’ significant efficiency[52.63% vs. 28.57%] and total effective rates[75.44 vs. 62.50%]were all higher than that in control group(χ~2=5.51, 4.08, P<0.05), and the adverse reaction rates were 5.36% and 7.02% in observation group and control group(χ~2 =0.91, P>0.05). Conclusion It is effective and safe on treatment of senile dementia by Bushen-Yizhi-Huoxue method.
