2型糖尿病患者应用益气养阴清热方对炎症因子的影响

目的:研究2型糖尿病患者应用益气养阴清热方对炎症因子的影响。方法:针对本次研究的研究内容在医院内部选取在2015年9月~2016年9月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者进行临床研究,采用电脑随机抽取的方式将其分为Y组研究组,D组对照组,Y组应用常规治疗,D组在Y组基础上应用益气养阴清热方治疗。结果:Y组治疗后血糖值的各项数值明显低于D组,两组2型糖尿病患者血糖值比较差异P<0.05;Y组治疗后各项血脂水平明显低于D组,二者比较差异明显,P<0.05;Y组和D组2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血脂值组内比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴清热方具有降血糖、降血脂的功效,改善2型糖尿病患者临床症状疗效显著,具有临床应用及推广价值。
