6—12岁六龄齿远中牙周膜麻醉效果的临床研究

目的:探讨十二岁前患者在治疗六龄齿的过程中,使用远中牙周膜麻醉方法,观察其临床麻醉效果。方法:将100例6—12岁的患儿因在治疗下颌六龄齿的过程中产生疼痛时,应用碧兰麻行远中牙周膜内浸润麻醉,根据儿童患者的反应和主治医师的经验来观察此种麻醉方法对龋病备洞及牙髓治疗的麻醉效果。结果:通过具体的临床数据得出麻醉的总有效率为97%,其中龋病备洞的成功率达到98%,牙髓病治疗成功率达88%。结论:6—12岁间在治疗六龄齿龋病和牙髓病的过程中,使用远中牙周膜麻醉有着较为理想的麻醉效果,为儿童的牙体牙髓治疗减少了疼痛,是值得推广应用的一种麻醉方法。

Objective:To investigate the age of twelve patients in the treatment of six age teeth, use of PDL method of anesthesia, anesthesia and to observe its clinical effect. Methods:100 cases of 6-12 year old children due to pain in the treatment of mandibular teeth in the six instar, periodontal membrane application of articaine for far in infiltration anesthesia, anesthesia effect according to the reaction of children patients and the attending physician experience to observe this anesthetic method of cavity preparation and endodontic treatment of dental caries. Results:through the clinical data that specific anesthesia the total efficiency is 97%, which caries cavity preparation of the success rate of 98%, dental pulp disease treatment success rate of 88%. Conclusion:6-12 years old between six age teeth in the treatment of dental caries and dental pulp disease, use of PDL with anesthesia anesthesia ideal effect, reduce the pain for children’s dental treatment, is an anesthesia method worthy of popularization and application.
