小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘应用肺功能检查的临床效果评价

目的:探究对确诊为小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者而言,肺功能检查的应用临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月在我院儿科诊断为小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿86例作为实验组,实验组86例患儿中有43例是典型哮喘、43例是咳嗽变异性哮喘;选取在我院进行体检的健康儿童86例作为对照组,对实验组和对照组的儿童进行肺功能检测,通过化验结果进行比较分析,两组儿童肺功能检查的结果是否不同;将实验组患儿分别进行肺功能检查和常规检查,分析两种检查方式对于诊断小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘准确率。结果:实验组进行肺功能检查的患儿,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC的指标明显比对照组儿童的化验值低(P<0.05),有统计学意义。实验组通过肺功能检查确诊小儿典型哮喘的确诊率为95.3%,行常规检查确诊率为81.4%;实验组通过肺功能检查确诊为咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿确诊率为93.0%,行常规检查确诊率为60.5%,结果差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:肺功能检查对于小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者而言,具有良好的诊断作用,能够实时监测病情的发展情况,对诊断早期小儿哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘有着重要的意义。

The experimental group by lung function diagnosis of infantile asthma diagnosis rate was 95.3%, the typical routine inspection diagnosis rate was 81.4%; Experimental group by lung function diagnosis of cough variant asthma of children diagnosis rate was 93.0%, the routine inspection diagnosis rate was 60.5%, the results significant difference(P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: the lung function in pediatric patients with asthma and cough variant asthma, has a good diagnosis effect, can real-time monitoring of the development of illness, the early diagnosis of infantile asthma and cough variant asthma has important significance.
