鼓室注入盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果评价

目的:研究鼓室注入盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的102例分泌性中耳炎的患者,按随机分类分类法将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用盐酸氨溴索鼓室注入和常规治疗,对照组患者采用口服盐酸氨溴索加常规治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应的发生率。结果:经治疗后发现,观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.43%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为87.50%,两组比较差异较明显P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者的不良反应的发生率为1.78%明显低于对照组患者的不良反应的发生率5.36%,两组比较差异较明显P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在鼓室注入盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎患者的治疗具有良好的效果,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on tympanic injection of secretory otitis media. Methods: in our hospital for treatment of 102 cases of secretory otitis media patients, according to random classification method were divided into the treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection and conventional therapy of tympanic cavity, the control group was treated with oral ambroxol plus conventional therapy, the incidence of the two groups were observed the curative effect and adverse reaction. Results: after treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%, the effective rate of the control group was 87.50%, the difference between the two groups were P<0.05, with statistical significance; the adverse reactions were observed in patients with the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group 1.78% patients in the incidence rate was 5.36%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion: the tympanic injection of ambroxol hydrochloride has a good effect on the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media, high safety, worthy of promotion.
