间苯三酚用于促进产程进展的临床疗效及安全性研究

目的:探讨间苯三酚用于促进产程进展的临床疗效及安全性。方法:于2015年8月到2016年8月间,在我院选择产科60例足月分娩产妇作为研究对象,将产妇随机分为常规组(n=30)和干预组(n=30),对常规组产妇进入潜伏期后给予产妇静脉滴注催产素+5%葡萄糖,给予干预组产妇出现中等强度规律宫缩后,在常规组产妇基础上静脉滴注间苯三酚治疗,统计对比两组产妇的母婴预后状况。结果:干预组产妇潜伏期、活跃期与常规组相比明显较短,P<0.05。干预组产妇第二产程、第三产程时间与与常规组相比无明显差异,P>0.05。干预组产妇剖宫产率与常规组相比明显较低,P<0.05。干预组产妇宫颈水肿发生率与常规组相比明显较低,P<0.05。干预组产妇产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分与常规组相比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:间苯三酚在促进产程进展中运用效果显著,且能减少产妇并发症,安全性高,可在临床推广运用。
