急性牙髓炎患者经一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗的临床效果观察

目的:对比采用一次性治疗以及常规根管治疗术两种方法治疗急性牙髓炎患者的临床效果。方法:将我院在2014年6月-2015年6月期间收治的急性牙髓炎患者110例作为研究对象,对110例患者进行编号,1-110号,编号偶数的患者为观察组,采用一次性根管术治疗,编号奇数的患者为对照组,采用常规根管治疗术,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果:观察组患者治疗的近期有效率和远期有效率分别是96.36%和94.55%,而对照组患者治疗的近期有效率和远期有效率都是81.82%,由此可见,观察组治疗的效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性牙髓炎患者采用一次性根管治疗术治疗,效果更加显著,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To compare the one-time therapy and conventional root canal therapy and clinical effect of two methods in the treatment of patients with acute pulpitis. Methods: in our hospital during June 2014-2015 year in June from 110 cases of acute pulpitis patients as the research object, numbers, in 110 patients with 1-110, even number of patients in the observation group, the use of root canal treatment, odd number of patients as the control group, using conventional root canal therapy, clinical effect the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: the observation group were treated with the recent efficiency and long-term efficiency were 96.36% and 94.55%, while patients in the control group the treatment rate and the long-term efficiency is 81.82%, therefore, to observe the effect of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: for patients with Acute Pulpitis by one-time root canal therapy, the effect is more significant, can be popularized in clinical application.
