糖尿病患者临床膳食营养状况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者临床膳食营养状况,提供可靠的饮食方案;方法:选取我院2015年2月-2016年4月内分泌科诊治的糖尿病患者120例,调查患者连续3天24小时的饮食情况,计算患者每天食物和营养素的摄入量,对其各类食物摄入量及营养素摄入量与推荐标准量进行比较;结果:蔬菜、谷类、蛋类、鱼虾、盐和食用油在推荐摄入量的范围之内,且水果、蔬菜与全国城市摄入量相比有所增加,而水果、大豆及坚果和奶类摄入量则明显减少,尤其奶类仅为推荐摄入量的2%,畜禽肉类则痹推荐量多,通过比较发现脂肪、能量、钠的摄入量高于推荐量,钙、锌、蛋白质、维生素A及维生素C摄入量少于推荐量,P均<0.05;结论:我国糖尿病患者膳食结构存在不合理性,有待进一步改善,从而可提高患者的预后。 objective:to explore the clinical patients with diabetes diet nutrition, provide reliable diet plan; Methods:select our hospital in February 2015, 2016-4 months to secrete the diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with diabetes, patients in 24 hours a day eating for three days, calculated patients daily intake of food and nutrients, the of all kinds of food intake and nutrients intake compared with recommendation quantity; Results:of vegetables, grains, eggs, fish and shrimp, salt and oil within the scope of the recommended dietary intake, and fruits, vegetables, compared with the national urban consumption has increased, and fruits, beans and nuts and milk intake is significantly reduced, especially dairy was only about 2% of the recommended dietary intake, livestock and poultry meat was bi is recommended, by comparing found that fat, energy, and sodium intake is higher than the recommended amount of calcium, zinc, protein, vitamin A and vitamin C intake is less than the recommended amount, P < 0.05; Conclusion:in patients with diabetes diet structure is irrational, remains to be further improved, which can improve the prognosis of patients.
