儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病骨髓细胞形态学检查多中心综合比较及评价

目的:比较及评价儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)骨髓细胞形态学检查价值。方法:回顾分析我院于2013年1月到2014年1月收治的30例ALL患儿于不同诊疗时间的120份骨髓细胞形态学检查涂片,由2名骨髓细胞形态学检验专职人员进行共同复检,由血液专业临床医师进行原始检验报告与复检报告对比。结果:取材情况及骨髓增生程度方面、染色方面、检验结论方面髓细胞涂片的复检报告与原始报告判断基本吻合率分别为96.7%、97.5%、96.7%。复检报告与原始报告均存在中英文混用、缩略词或英文缩写使用不规范、专业术语使用不规范等问题。结论:骨髓细胞形态学检查多中心综合比较对提高院方骨髓细胞形态学检验水平具有积极的意义,为了提高检验的客观性和一致性,可以从统一专业术语,建立规范的检验模式,提高检验报告的相互认知程度等方面入手。

Objective: Compared and evaluated the value of multicenter comprehension of bone marrow cell morphology in children with ALL. Methods: Recheck 120 bone marrow smear examination with children with ALL, compared the original and the re-inspection report. Results: the re-inspection report ‘s conditions and degree of hyperplasia of the bone marrow, dyeing materials, inspection conclusion to the original judgment basic self-agreement were 96.7%, 97.5% and 96.7%. the re-inspection report and original judgment both exist of Chinese and English language using mixture, acronyms, abbreviations, professional term used nonstandard problems.Conclusion: Bone marrow cell morphology inspection center more comprehensive comparison to improve the level of the hospital bone marrow cell morphology test has the positive significance, unified terminology, establish a standardized test mode, improve the mutual cognitive degree of inspection report to improve.
