新生儿窒息血糖水平动态测定及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨窒息对新生儿末梢血糖的影响,并动态监测窒息新生儿血糖水平。方法:对132例窒息新生儿血糖在生后1h内进行测定,并与120例正常新生儿进行比较,评价窒息对新生儿血糖水平的影响。结果:生后1h窒息组发生血糖紊乱的几率高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);窒息组新生儿血糖水平比对照组水平高(P<0.05);重度窒息组发生血糖紊乱的比例高于轻度窒息组(P<0.05);重度窒息组新生儿血糖水平明显高于轻度窒息组(P<0.05);经过干预,绝大部分窒息新生儿血糖紊乱可在24h内得以纠正。结论:窒息可加重新生儿血糖紊乱,必须加强窒息新生儿血糖的早期监测并给予合理干预,使之尽快恢复正常,减少对神经系统的损伤。 Objective: To investigate the effect of asphyxia on peripheral blood glucose in neonates and to monitor the blood glucose level. Methods: blood glucose was measured in 132 cases of 1 h after birth, and compared with 120 normal newborns. Results: the incidence of blood glucose disorders in the 1 H asphyxia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The level of blood glucose in asphyxia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The blood glucose level in severe asphyxia group was significantly higher than that in mild asphyxia group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Asphyxia can increase blood glucose disorders. It is necessary to strengthen the early monitoring of blood glucose in neonatal asphyxia and give reasonable intervention, so as to restore normal and reduce the damage of nervous system.
