胎膜早破的妊娠结局观察及护理干预要点探讨

目的:探讨胎膜早破的妊娠结局及护理干预的临床效果;方法:回顾性分析2014年2月-2016年6月我院产科收治胎膜早破的产妇130例,对孕妇实施心理护理、基础护理、母婴监测、用药护理、产程护理等优质护理措施;结果:130例胎膜早破的孕妇未出现新生儿和孕妇的死亡事件,经阴分娩69(53.1%)例,剖宫产61(46.9%)例,其中早产11(8.5%)例;结论:优质护理可降低孕妇剖宫产率和早产率,提高孕妇和新生儿的安全系数。
